Barwon Coast proudly manages three year-round caravan parks in Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, and Breamlea, each offering a unique way to experience the stunning Bellarine coastline. We also operate the seasonal Barwon Riverside Campground, open during the Christmas and Easter holidays, perfectly nestled on the banks of the Barwon River.

Barwon Heads Caravan Park
Where the River Meets the Sea
Nestled on the stunning banks of the Barwon River, just moments from where it flows into the sea, Barwon Heads Caravan Park offers the perfect blend of nature, relaxation, and convenience.
Every site is just a short stroll from the water’s edge, making it an ideal base for beach days, river adventures, or simply soaking in the coastal charm.
The park features 416 camping sites and 20 cabins, along with unique beach houses and boat houses. Of these, 161 are Twelve Month Permit sites, with the remainder available for casual holiday bookings year-round.

Tucked between Barwon Heads and Torquay, Breamlea Caravan Park offers a peaceful coastal escape in one of the region’s most hidden gems. Set among native gums and tea-tree, this relaxed park captures the charm of a truly laid-back beachside village.
Choose from a range of powered camping and caravan sites, or unwind in one of our comfortable one- or two-bedroom eco villas — perfect for a quiet retreat close to nature.

Riverside Campground
A True Bush Camping Experience
Set beneath the trees along the tranquil Barwon River in Ocean Grove, Riverside Campground offers a rare chance to enjoy unpowered bush camping just moments from the coast.
Operating during the summer holiday season, as well as the Labour Day and Easter long weekends, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxed, nature-filled escape with family or friends.

Riverview Family Caravan Park
A Coastal Favourite
Situated in Ocean Grove on the scenic sand spit between the ocean and the Barwon River, Riverview Family Caravan Park is a much-loved destination for relaxed, family-friendly getaways.
Enjoy spacious grassed sites with river views, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the natural beauty of the Bellarine. The park features 496 sites and 7 comfortable cabins, with 384 sites held as Twelve Month Permits. The remaining sites are available for seasonal and casual holiday bookings.
Whether you’re staying for a weekend or the summer, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature — and each other.
