Barwon Coast operates 3 caravan parks and a seasonal camping reserve in Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Breamlea. During peak season, approximately 4,500 visitors will occupy 1,300 sites cumulatively. This includes: Breamlea Caravan Park, Riverview Family Holiday Park, Bukareeyoo Camping Reserve and Barwon Heads Caravan Park.
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the provision of Security Patrol Services for Barwon Coast Caravan Parks and Camping Reserves.
The initial term of the contract shall be 3 years (i.e.: up to 19th November 2026), with the option of a further two (2) x one (1) year extensions that shall be exercised entirely at the discretion of The Principal.
The requirements of Security Patrol Services provided by the Contractor varies according to the season patronage.
The location of each caravan Park and camping reserve is provided in the appendices to the Contract Documents.
Details on the frequency of Security Patrol Services during the peak holiday season and the off-season are also detailed in the appendices of the Contract Documents.
The Barwon Coast Committee of Management (Principal) is responsible for the statutory management of 19 kilometres of foreshore and Crown asset infrastructure under the Crown Land Reserves Act 1978.
The foreshore area is between the townships of Collendina and Breamlea within the municipality of City of Greater Geelong, and includes the estuary of the Barwon River.
There are 21 public toilets & shower facilities located with-in 3 caravan parks and 1 camping reserve.
There are 3 Caravan Parks and 1 Camping Reserve: Breamlea Caravan Park, Riverview Family Holiday Park, Bukareeyoo Camping Reserve and Barwon Heads Caravan Park.

The initial term of the contract shall be 3 years (i.e : up to 16th December 2026), with the option of a further two (2) x one (1) year extensions that shall be exercised entirely at the discretion of The Principal.
The requirements of Toilet Cleaning provided by the Contractor varies according to the season patronage.
